Deleting your Minnesota Family account
You can delete your account at any time, from the app or from this website.
On the website: sign in, open your account page and choose "Delete my account".
In the app: More, then My account, then Delete my account.
What is deleted: your name, email address, phone number, photo, password, chat messages, comments, reviews, and the businesses, events and jobs you posted. This happens straight away.
What may remain: records that no longer carry your name or contact details, such as another organiser's event registration list or a report you sent, stay under "Deleted member". Error records are deleted within 90 days.
Cannot sign in? Use "Forgot password" on the sign-in page to get back in, then delete the account.
